Carrara House in Argentina, Modern White House with Decorative Indoor Pool. Carrara House was designed by Andres Remy Arquitectos. This one of modern white house design in Pilar, Argentin. This two level house with almost the wall made of clear glass wall. So the house effective in lighting particularly at the day time. Thanks to the sun shine the house more healthy.

At the exterior, a pool was placed near the house building. Trees and grass at the garden further add to the green environment around the home. Thanks to the green plants the air around the house to be fresh because the green plants absorb carbon dioxide and produce oxsigen.

Almost the wall painted in white, at the living room the wall combined with natural stone wall. At the living room there is decorative indoor pool with waterfall against a transparent pane of glass cascades all the way from the second floor, where the ceiling is cut away to reveal the upper living space, and a row of plants breathe greenery into the home, reflecting the garden beyond.

Lounge area with modern chairs in a warm pop of red provides an area to retire and enjoy the interior waterfall as the evening draws in. It can make us more Relax, be able to unwind after a day of work. The sound of water falling like a waterfall can bring us into free natural atmosphere.

The bedroom combination between white and black with splash make the bedroom appear contemporary. Comfortable for sleeping, the large clear glass make the bedroom can interaction with outdoor environment.

This house located in Centennial Park, Sydney. The house has Amazing Interior and unique feature such skylit koi pond, internal rainforest garden and hideaway study. There are four oversized bedrooms with built-in robes all with access to single of the four terrazzo bathrooms plus near is a sauna and guest powder space. Additional skin texture include a multiply by two automobile garage with rear lane access, generously proportioned put in storage space. It’s exceptional! Despite of the design of the 60s, the board has all the skin texture basic in place of the contemporary life -abundant natural light, annoy pour ventilation and a uncontrolled flowing radial floor diagram. Built in 1968, this house called Camelot.

This house was designed by Christina Zerva Architects, located in Nikaia, Greece.

Description from Architect;
The house consists of two cubic forms, a living and a sleeping area, connected by a glass bridge. Steel constructions form the skeleton of the object wrapped by prefabricated organic blocks that act as perfect insulation during warm summers and cool winters typical for this region. Intersections of geometrical shapes,huge volumes and transparent surfaces that offer a great view.

With no conventional internal support walls there is opportunity for more shapely, free from space dividers, reminding of an industrial space that was never designed with rooms in mind.

The floor-to-ceiling height in the main object is 7 meters, with the supporting structure that consist of a steel skeleton reinforced by diagonal elements staying visible.

This house was designed by architect Steve Kent and located in Santa Monica. The house with modern living spaces, comfy and beautiful. This two level house with large clear glass wall leading to the pool. Thanks to the glass wall, this saving lighting electricity at day time, and we can enjoy the exterior nature via this glass wall.

The whole its look is quite minimalist and its shape is very simple. Although all rooms face the pool and have great designs. They feature a lot of different art works that make them original and interesting. Even though the house isn’t big there are all rooms that are necessary for contemporary lifestyle including an open plan living area and a home cinema. The facade of the house suggests that it belongs to a cold and depressing person although its other parts show that the owner isn’t so at all.

This modern modular house was presented by A-Cero.
According to the DigsDigs: The show house was opened in Ferrol (La Coruña) for those who want to visit it. The new house features a facade done in combination of black glass with panels of white aluminium composite. It looks as modern and sleek as their previous show house but is more practical. The white gravel extended in the house’s surface accentuates this luminosity sensation. The interior is done in similar to the black modular house but more light and airy because it features even more white surfaces. The house has a 106 square meter area. It includes three bedrooms, two baths, hall, lounge – dining room, laundry room and kitchen. It costs 99.000 euros.

This Verdant Avenue House was designed by Robert Mills Architects.
According to the DigsDigs : It is a home that showcases a modern aesthetic, form, function and details alongside the nature. Besides, the home is sustainable without losing in glamour, luxury and pleasure of living there. An 80 year old pin oak tree serves as the focal point for the ground floor living and first floor bedroom areas. A striking 3.5 meter wide spiral staircase is an another focal point on this floor. Floor to ceiling glass windows also add a dramatic touch to the interior. The exterior entertaining spaces separated from the ground floor areas by glass walls and sliding doors. There is a 25 metre lap pool outside, which runs the length of the building and provides natural evaporative cooling to the living areas.

Description from the Architects :
The Walta-Elmers family commissioned VMX Architects to design their house on ‘Kleine Rieteiland’, one of the islands of IJburg. The client wanted a spacious, open house with plenty of light. The plot measures 8 by 30 metres. By studying several models, the concept of ‘woonlandschap’ (living-landscape) was chosen.

The ground floor, containing the living and kitchen, in a split level typology, has the possibility to completely open to the outside and thereby create a partly covered living-landscape of 8 by 30 meters. This landscape is articulated with a higher and lower level. Under the higher level a multifunctional cellar is placed. The bedroom level is accessed by a spiral staircase. A round roof-light above the stairs brings light into the living-landscape The facade on the first level is completely closed with patio blocks. This suggests a floating box over the open landscape on the ground level. [ VMX Architects ]
