Davidson Residence with Open Contemporary Feel, Laguna Beach Project by Mcclean Design. Davidson residence is New Single Family Residence located in Via Majorca, Laguna Beach. It has 3,000 SF of size and completed built in 2008. This luxury residence with contemporary feel.

This house was designed by Lanefab, Mendoza lane house was the first ‘laneway house’ finished under the city of Vancouver’s 2009 bylaw that allowed for small infill dwellings to be added onto existing single family properties throughout the city. The house consist of living room, dining room, kitchen, upstairs – along with a balcony. This house was built with Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) a prefab system that allow us to create buildings that are 2x as energy efficient as typical new home in Vancouver. The windows are triple glazed, and most of the materials for the building were manufactured locally.

Having small space interior not means limit one’s creations. We can create relief space with the existing limitations. Space without wall divider is one way can overcome this problem. Dining room, living room and even the kitchen adjacent to each other without wall divider. With proper selection and good arrangement, small space that we have can function optimally. This extravagant apartment is located in Moscow, Russia. The bedroom wall is covered by carpet that has same motif with floor carpet. Bedroom furniture placed front of the bed. The spot light is applied to this room, that can create cooler atmosphere. The bathroom with circle bathtub, bathroom furniture is side of the bathtub. Mim Design is a diverse creative practice specializing in the design of interior environments. One of their work is DMH residence. The house has two level building, with outdoor poll at side of dining room and separated by glass wall. Side of the pool is small garden that can give cool effect to the house.
