Another way to make the home look nicer is by cleaning up the paint. Darker tones can make a room look smaller, and it’s harder for these rooms to look nice. Plan on adding some neutral paint tones to the rooms to make them appear larger. Rearrange the furniture in these rooms to make them feel bigger, and open. Fresh paint on the borders and walls will make the room appear fresh, making it easier to sell.

Another thing you can do to help sell your home is to clean its exterior. Take time to power wash the exterior. If you have siding, a power wash will get rid of any dirt and will help to make the home look cleaner and nicer.
